Fall Fun With Instagram

It has been

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L

here for the last week!!

The colors are at their peak here and they are gorgeous!
I can't remember when they have been so vibrant like this. I love living in the woods this time of year.
It is supposed to get cooler towards the end of the week and windy as well so I am sure that the leaves will start falling quickly, in which I am not as happy living in the woods. :)

We got out some this weekend in between a soccer game, volleyball tourny and work so I played around with the fall colors and the Instagram app on my iphone.









I really heart this app!!!!

I haven't done a whole lot as far as the bonus room but I did manage to do a few rows with the graining tool and it is looking ok. The biggest problem is the plywood is rough so I don't get a smooth finish like the sample board I had but it will work.

I am taking a bit of a computer break this week to enjoy the rest of the great weather and get some things done outside and just enjoy my favorite season.

    fall is my favorite season, i can't believe you are already peaking... we don't until late nov, i love to watch the whole country turn as it moves out west.

    your pics and music capture the feeling i so love in the afternoon autumn golden light.

    Gorgeous photos. I live in a climate where it is either dry or wet season - Oh how I miss fall! I wish I could run down that road and kick up all the leaves :) Enjoy your week.

    Gorgeous Michigan photos!!! Your line about the leaves after they fall was funny - I remember as a kid the leave raking days. My neighbors down the street lived on a pennisula - you wouldn't believe the amount of leaves! Have a great week!

    Lovely pictures Michelle! I am loving this weather. I've been outside as much as possible working in my garden and flower beds, getting everything ready for winter.

    I'm sitting here tonight with the window open beside me, can you believe it? I prayed for a nice Indian summer, because I felt like summer just passed me by, so I'm taking advantage of every day this week!

    Michelle, those pictures are amazing! I especially heart the one of the bench! You live in such a gorgeous area! :) I have never heard of Instagram before, but I love the dreamy effect you created with it in your photos! :)

    Incredible Michelle. I love that app too, it's soooo easy to use, and the pictures turn out amazing.

    Your fall pictures look just as beautiful as I would imagine they could. I love this time of year too, just beautiful. The next few weeks, are my absolute favorite, not too hot, not too cold, cool breezes, leaves changing colors, windows open, misty rain outside, oh man, I could do on and on.

    My favorite picture was the bench, it is just so pretty!!
