    GOOD EVENING BEAUTIFUL! Oh, what a fun and productive day. We are done with the painting. NOW it is just a matter of getting the electrician to come to finish off his work and we can start to move in. This tutoral looks like so much fun...I wish I could participate, but I will surely come to see what you are up to! I was even able to sneak some time away today to draw my newest Valentine drawing!!!

    How fun!!!
    Regarding the laminate, everything I read talked about using a oil based primer. You can then paint latex on top of that (does that make sense?)
    The oil will make the paint bond better which you really need when working with laminate. Just buy a can of spraypaint and you won't have to deal with the cleanup :)
