Thanksgiving Wreath and Let's Play Tag!

I came across this great little blog last month and just loved her style!

Meet Laura from Finding Home!

She loves all things old and has a small Interior Design Company that she runs.
Her style is fabulous!!

I opened up her post yesterday and saw this..

Isn't that wreath to die for?! I LOVE it!

She made it by gluing dried hydrangeas to an adorable round basket. She then put together some spoons with twine and glued those to the center!

And hung it on that perfectly aged shutter!

You know how much I love that shutter!

Her whole mantel is just gorgeous and perfect for the Thanksgiving Holiday!

And look, she loves little funky Christmas trees too!

Pop over and say 'Hi' to Laura and check out her beautiful home and all her creative projects!

Now,

Wanna play a game!???

More Christmas Crafts

This weekend I spent trying to finish up on some crafts for next weeks show.

I am trying to fill in some things to replace the frames that I am no longer making. The only bad thing is some of them may not find their way to the show!

Here is a little sneaky peaky..

I have had this little tin basket thingy for a long time and never knew what to do with it.

So I took a page from Miss Mustard Seed Creations and all her German Glass goodness

Miss Mustard Seed

and created some sparkly little magnet letters and tied some pieces of silver and gold ribbon to the basket handles.

Super easy and it really is fun glittering things!

Hey, guess what else I played around with........

chicken wire!!!!!!

I shaped the wire into a tree form and wrapped a pip berry garland around it

and topped it with a burlap bow!

Good thing is still have another 3 yards of chicken wire left!!

I had fun making these little burlap flowers and will show you what I did with them next time!

I am also addicted to making signs!!

Did you see my friend Tracy's, at Tracy's Trinkets and Treasures?

Isn't it great!!
She did an amazing job and she has become addicted as well!

There are so many great signs out there and can't wait to share some of mine!

Partying with the gals in my linky tab!!!
Check 'em out!

November is a time to give thanks as well.
Thanks for family, friends, all my new wonderful bloggy friends, love and all the great gifts that He has given us.

November is also my birthday month! Ooohh......
I will be 37 years young!

It is just a little number but my body feels like that little number is 100!
Just kidding.
Although there are those days!

I hope and pray that this November and beginning of the Holiday Season finds you
happy, peaceful and surrounded by love.

I am very excited to start decorating the house this year.
I can't wait to see all your inspirational ideas and creative craftiness and share some of mine with you! I love hearing about family traditions and incredible stories of love and compassion that seem to show themselves this time of year.

Country Living

The adorable Layla from The Lettered Cottage just posted this morning about about Christmas Decorating Linky Parties that her and some other wonderful and creative bloggers are doing this year.

I am very excited and I already have some ideas for my mantel this year!

I am not hosting Thanksgiving this year, my brother and his new wonderfully beautiful girlfriend volunteered to take that this year. I love doing Thanksgiving but I was happy to give that to them. This is his new fresh start on life again and if it makes him happy, then I am happy.

Anyway, I hope that you all have a wonderful start to this years sweet November and I can't wait to share the celebrations with you!

I am working on some more little crafts for my upcoming final shows, although, I may have to keep some of them for myself!

Oh and you may notice that I will sneaking on some Christmas music into my playlist!
